Mặt gõ rộng và sử dụng gỗ Makah-Burl vừa cho quãng âm rộng vừa tạo nét đẹp ấn tượng cho trống bởi các vân mắt gỗ dẹp.
Thiết kế đưa cổng thoát âm ra phía trước ( internal reflex ) sẽ giúp khuyếch đại âm trầm sâu, tạo âm trầm đầy và lực.
Sử dụng hai mảnh dây snare để tạo tiếng snare rõ nét
Màu sắc hoàn thiện sơn mờ không màu cho mặt gỗ gõ và sơn mờ đen cho thân trống.

The MEINL Vertical Subwoofer Cajon with black MDF body and Makah-Burl frontplate features forward projecting sound ports in place of the traditional rear facing style and an internal reflex channel that helps develop the sound. This results in enhanced bass note projection, particularly desirable for live and unplugged situations. Fixed internal snare wires deliver a crisp and cutting sound that enhances corner slaps and adds a touch of contrast to the bass notes.
